Oh, and by the way, please see the update on the TUNA! hearing thread. I know it is a halibut day, but the time to give your input on the 2003 - 2004 regulations is NOW. Not after the rules have been made. Not this winter when we're all discussing strategy. No more whining about what they can and can't regulate 20, 30 or 50 miles offshore, okay?
