Default Bar Closure Question
When the Coast Guard closes the bar, what channel do they use to broadcast the closure info and legnth requirement? 16???

Usually I hear it on chanel 22, after someone asks for it on Channel 16. The Coasties usually tell the person to go to chanel 22, and then give the report.
