A prayer for our country
I pray that our Lord will guide our newly elected officials as they come into office. I pray that their hearts be open to life at all stages. From the natural beginning to the natural end. I pray for all people, around the world, who will be affected by our decision tonight.

AMEN!
I was discussing this with my wife the other night. We both agreed that regardless who you voted for, our president elect is going to need our prayers to run this country! Like everyone else ahead of him, he's got a big, big weight on his shoulders.
Dear Lord, Bless our president, and guide him with your wisdom!

Father, hold our new president and his family tightly in Your arms of protection and open his heart to adopt Biblical Truth in all decisions.

Submission to the Authorities
1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God's servant to do you good.
