I went at the beginning of Oct. with a friend who had a Muzzleloader Tag for the NAR.
It was <20 degrees at night down at the camp and ~14 in the morning up on the hill.
The Bucks were another 1,000' up an almost vertical climb and L@@king at us most of the time from a distance.
On the 4th day we got snowed out, visibility ~50 yd.s max. and dangerous to come down off the mountian in a big rig w/camper. More snow was predicted so we departed.
