Newport ... Halibut and bottom fish in close, Salmon, lings, bottom fish and Halibut at Stonewall bank .... Tuna over the horizon.

Herring in the bay. Friends on 'C' dock. :grin:

Want to go out fishing this comming weekend. But not sure where to go CR buoy or Garibaldi. [img]graemlins/1zhelp.gif[/img] Buoy 10 I think is going to be a mad house, but I have fished there alot. Garibaldi should have less pressure, but I have never fished there.

Want to go bottom fishing as well as salmon,Will have the wife with me so any
help would be much appreciated.

I will be in Garibaldi Wed-Sun. I can give you coordinates for Salmon/bottomfishing, depends on how far you want to travel. You can catch both within 5 miles of the jetty jaws or motor further, though it's not necessary.
