Stupid Avatar question

Ok I'm trying to be a good boy and use my IP storage so as not to suck up space on the Ifish server. I set the URL on the avatar selection page and the image shows up. Then I selected that avatar and updated my profile. No avatar :depressed: . Is the something wrong with my link? http://home.comcast.net/~jkerbo/rocket.JPG

I had that problem for a while. Turned out that my image size was 650x480. I shrunk it down to about half that and it was accepted. This system will shrink them down to it's needed size, but can't handle it if it's too big.

I sized the pic to below 40x40 pixels before posting this question. I'll try to change the format to GIF if working conditions will allow :grin: .

Try a .GIF image rather than a .JPG. Can't seem to find the directions, but I believe 47x47 pixels in .GIF is the correct format.

Ok lets see if the gif format works.
I figured it out

you have to have the jpeg extension in small letters not caps. Weird .jpg works but .JPG doesn't.
