Lets coordinate our attack. Our focus will be on Tuna, it seems to be alot easier for several boats to find the fish than just one. Chime and be heard.

Still looking for live bait in Illwaco. I am going to start calling around if know one has any idea where to find it.

Last year they were selling live bait at the yellow bait house in the Ilwaco Marina. Looks like they may still be in operation. Go to the very end of the docks ( commercial boats and Jesse's to your right ) and look to your left for the small yellow shack. They have a couple live pens there. Good luck!

Several boats out of Warrenton/Hammond headed out Saturday for a run if the Ocean co-ops. Forecast sounds bad all week with up to 6 and 5, 6 and 3 at the best.
Let's hope they are wrong and we get a break on Sat. Look for a roll call Weds/Thurs if Poseidon allows.

Not a happy forcast but nothing that a Tiger can't handle. My friend Steve has restored the former charter boat out of Garabaldi. He and crew will be bringing it down from Portland on Friday evening. She is a very strong wood hull boat and makes about 16 mph and soon to be more. At 35' length and 16' beam a little slop won't slow her down but would certainly put a stop to our ideas of a lazy night spent adrift in the open ocean.

Hopefully an unexpected system will slide through and stop those 25 kt winds.

The Tiger is well equiped with multiple bilge pumps, and power sorces to operate them, radar and a strong and reliable detroit diesel. The thing I see missing now is a back up radio.
