Default Kudos to the Daily Astorian

You may have read the article last week about the poachers in SW Washington who the Daily Astorian labeled as hunters...Well many of us wrote to the newspaper and in today's issue they had another article on the poachers with this exerpt from it....

His case has provoked outrage among the hunting community in Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon, in part because of the nature of the crimes but also because Gordon and his gang were initially referred to as "hunters" and not "poachers."

Thank you for all who wrote in and thanks to the Daily Astorian for getting it right the second time around.

D.

Let's allow this to encourage all of us- this really shows that a voice can make a difference. There's no limit to how LOUD that voice can be!!.......
I agree, too, about thank you letters- just as important to let them know we appreciate it.
