Default My Chinook

I have been after this fish for a few days now and finally got him. It is my biggest chinook landed so far. I wasn't able to weight it but the fork length was 40". We estimated it around 35lbs. Today the chinook out numbered the coho I saw landed. Fish like this found thier way into alot of peoples boats today. I hope the chinook stick around for a while. I got out this afternoon and got into a forty that I lost at the net. Oh well its tuff going solo. The day wasn't all lost because I did find a 20lb. chinook to put in the box. He came deep from 70ft. on a cutplug herring.

Pretty fish, SF! Way to go.

That's the first report I've heard where the nooks outnumbered the coho. Glad you got "your" fish.
