Default whiskey tips and noodles

Oh so tasty and so easy!
2 lbs deer or elk stew meat
2 or 3 shots of favorite whiskey, more if you need a sample while cooking
2 tbs of minced garlic
3/4 cube butter
3 brown gravy packets
corn starch
egg noodles

Start by browning your meat with the butter and garlic in a large skillet. Once you've accomplished this add your whiskey and let simmer for no less than 10 minutes to cook out the alchol. Add gravy packets and continue to let simmer. In a seperate pot start noodles and let cook until done then strain. If your gravy sauce is to thin then add a little corn starch and water to help thicken up. Make a bed of noodles and place your meat and sauce on top.

Green beans cooked with baken is a great side to go with it.

Enjoy
