You don't/can't tune a VFH, take it into Rogers Marine on Marine drive (right at the end of the runway, near Salties) and they can test it for you. If the radio is Ok then the antenna is probably bad. If you can pull the antenna they can check it at the same time, but most of the time you can't get the connector thru the hull without cutting it off the cable.
