Default Tuna charter suggestions

Some buddies and I are looking for a tuna charter out of Depoe Bay or Newport that does tuna chartering with rods and reels? Any suggestions? We called and actually talked with one out of Depoe Bay but he must be to busy to return our calls . Not sure why but my initial impression is not good. We are not really intertested in hand lining fish in that day. Prefer the rod and reel game.

Thanks

Bernie

Try the Blitz or Black Rocket(Adventure Charters). Both are Ifish sponsors so you can find the info at the bottom of the page.

Have fun!

The Black Rocket uses primarily hand lines. It's a fun trip none the less.

C and E,

I have been thinking the same thing. I have only checked into the Biltz, but according to their web site they use rod and reel, which is my preference.

I know Mike personally on the Blitz. He will fish either way or both. Just ask him
