Not sure I'd do that on the mains. The added breaks/connections in one those inch and a half lines would bother me. Anything goes wrong you'd have to shut down the **** and one engine. Also the cost of the reducing tee and seacock for the raw water takeoff... don't think aso, I'd just put the smaller thru hull in. The thru hulls aren't much, but a good seacock is spendy. You only need a 3/4" for that raw water washdown though. Not sure the washdown would be able to draw against the main pumps either, if so are you reducing flow to the mains? Too many if's for me.
Also- Don't put it in front (or anything else like a transducer) of the main water intake, don't want to disturb the water flow to the mains.
PS- don't forget to run a bare copper from those new fitting back to your bonding strip.
