Took Dad Deer Hunting
I think this story is best told in pictures:
Opening morning weather:

It did warm-up a bit though:

5 bucks 20 minutes into the season:

11 by the end of the day:

Holes:

And ATL's:

Keepers:

Desert beaver ponds:

Filled with these:

Many more of these buggers:

Dad (Gramps) scored :

With that accomplished my number came-up:

The party:

And, treated to this as we broke camp:

The boys with the spoils. Hope they take their dad out like their dad takes his :
The most priceless experience with my father I could ask for.

Re: Took Dad Deer Hunting
RAS - Great job all the way around. I think most of us would be greatful for a hunt like that. For me, I appreciated the fact that you realize how important it was to get that experience with your Dad. Savor it while you can. Congrats to all of you for the nice trophies as well.
