Albacore fish & chips ... mmmmm, mmmm, GOOD!!
My beutiful wife just made albacore fish and chips for dinner. Wowzers!!
A NEW and IMPROVED favorite way to eat albacore TUNA!!! She just battered it
with Pride of the West Batter mix and fried it in oil! The only problem was
that there was barely enough for the three of us! She only cooked up one measley
loin out of a little 18 lb. fish! Next time she cooks it like that she better plan
on at LEAST two loins!!
My wife is sooooo good to me!!

Wow, sounds yummy!! I'd suggest you have her cook up a whole fish!!
I just cooked up a loin, maranaide in Yashidas, and fried in Olive Oil for about 5 minutes. Very yummy.

crabbait- I know you haven't had much practice at this Tuna stuff, but you could at least get the lingo down. Salmon, Sturgeon and Sculpins have filets. TUNA have LOINS!
edit- My typing is worse than his lingo :depressed:

Some people just require a little extra training.

Ever since I tried some Albie fish and chips from the Lighthouse restaurant, south of the Newport Bridge, I have been hooked on the stuff
