Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
Condiment can be a surprisingly narrow selection depending on your diet. I'm going to have to go with spicy brown mustard.

Depends on the meal. For fish and salad - fresh squeezed lemon juice.
For fries, burgers, steaks, baked taters, etc... A-1

Hot sauce. Tobasco/Tapatio/Sriracha Chili Sauce. So many good ones from all over the world makes it hard to choose.

Dang, it's hard to pick just one. I'm going with Ketchup! I would have said salt, but I think that's considered a spice, not a condiment.

Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
It all started in So.Cal. back in the '50's when I used to go to Bob's BigBoy Hamburgers. I never did find out what their secret sauce was, but I started using Kraft Sandwich Spread on my buns(burger, that is)and I've stuck with it ever since.

Hard to pick just one.
1. Sweet Chili Sauce
2. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
3. Ketchup
4. AC fry sause
But the best is a good homemade gravy.

Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
Blackberry/Chipolte Sauce made by Rothschild. Costco had it about 1 1/2 years ago and then stopped carrying it. Now the only place I've found it is at a gourmet store at the outlet mall in Lincoln City.
Try barbecuing scallops on the grill then about 30 sec's before you take them off put a dad on each one. Also works on steaks. I'm thinking of trying it with oysters after the shell has popped.

Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
When I worked at the Custard King in Astoria, our "special fry sauce" was 1:1 mayo and ketchup. It was kind of funny how people thought we had some secret recipe, when they could have just made it at home.
Good ol' French's yellow mustard is my favorite.

P.S. - Yes, Miracle Whip would be in my top 10!!!

Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
To all who make your own fry sauce...for a little extra kick put some tabasco in it. A friend of my mom's who used to work at Ahern's deli in Madras waaaaay back when made their fry sauce from scratch and their secret ingredient was a little Tabasco.

Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
I found a sauce called Gourmayo I think by Kraft. I loved it on the tuna loins--it was wasabi/horseradish & was 50% less fat than mayo-
But as luck would have it, when I tried to replace my last supply, none of the grocery stores had it in stock so I turned to the internet, & guess what?
They don't manufacture it any more.
Thinking I'll have to work on concocting my own recipe.
We do love Kraft creamy horseradish, so I'm thinking it could be a starting place for developing my own.
Any ideas?

Re: Your favorite.........condiment???
Not a beer drinker, but smirnoff grape's will go really well with everything but cereal.
Heinz kickers; Ketchup with tabasco mixed in.
Slap ya mama seasoning...great on a fresh filet.
A local restaurant down here mixes maple syrup with softened butter, rechills it, and serves it with warm bread while you wait for your meal. It really ought to be illegal!
