Default Tuna VIrgins score on the BLACK ROCKET

Well what a day! I can tell you when we turned the corner to leave the slot at Depoe, I'm not sure I've ever seen it that flat! By the time we clear the bridge we were doing about 45 mph, and we were on a roll. I was thinking and telling the other 4 ifishers aboard, that this ocean doesn't do ROCKET justice. Boy did I regret that statement later in the day.

But we cracked 14 big ones in the boat lost 2 right next to the boat and a couple of drive bys.
I think the boys enjoyed themselves, I know I did!

and Rangar "you've got good color"

Thank again to all for riding with Dolphinlyn and I on the BLACK ROCKET

Thank Les..actually this trip I did drive, but Kim did drive more than usual and because we seemed to catch more fish while he was driving.

Les--- I usually don't have the patience to drive in circles. Lyn is much better at it. But Saturday was my day I guess. I like it better when she's on the troll.

I would like to extend my most "hearty" thank you to CAPT KUJO and DOLPHINLYN for their "above the call of duty" hospitality. I had a blast (no pun intended)! Even though I got sick, I still would do it again. I was trying out some new-fangled naturpatic sea-sick drops......YEAH, RIGHT! Hey Kim! I forgot to get that letter (about the sea-sick pills) from you. After the green bile started coming out, it really put a damper on the amount of fun I could experience. To the rest of the crew, thanks for being so understanding and compassionate. I realize we could've stayed out there longer, had it not been for my sorry self. Just for the record...... No, I'm usually not that quiet. It's just not that easy to talk with a mouth full of vomit and breath through your eyelids at the same time.
It was kind of funny, on the way back home. We stopped and got a bite to eat. As we were waiting for our food to arrive my mouth started to water in anticipation. It was then that I stated, " this is the first time all day my mouth has watered in a GOOD way!"
Well, hopefully next time I'll have some better meds and the seas will be calmer.
For what it's worth everyone, Kim Makes an awesome crab and cream cheese omlette. And crabcakes. And clam chowder. And broiled white king salmon. I almost forgot to mention the gourmet coffee!
Thanks again Kim and Lyn,
I already have someone else ready to go out again for next time,
RAGNAR
