Default Chanterelle recipes??
Looking for any good chanterelle recipes. I found a bunch the other day and looking for something good to cook with them.

Saute Chanterelles, add a jar of alfredo sauce (or homemade alfredo), some crumbled smoked fish of your choice, and put over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese. YUM!

When you do roasted chicken/turkey.... throw them in the gravy 5minutes before its done cooking.
