HELP... Rescued horse needs 72 yo 74" Weatherbeeta!
Hello, I saved Ol' Boone form certain death. He was starved and crippled. Anyway, I love this guy and hope to make his last days peaceful and content....
Most of my ponies have involved high octane so this is a new chapter for me... you know being a cowboy and all
So, I need a winter turn out blanket and a nice day blanky for Boone.
Any help?

I will help Boone if he needs anything else. Please let me know. He's so cute, and you are a good man for saving him! I want to hug him, too.

I found that, and plus i e mailed my sister. My niece, Erin, was the riding teacher at Lake Oswego hunt club.
I'll see what I can come up with, but let me know what you have found.

Thank you. I sent an email to the person listed as selling the items on CL. No responce yet... and it dropped below freezing again last night.
Hopefully something surfaces soon; or I may have to "pony" up and buy new. OUCH!!!

Re: HELP... Rescued horse needs 72 yo 74" Weatherbeeta!
My sister just passed away 6 months ago and had a house full of horse items. I can call my mother tomorrow and see if she had any blankets left. She had a garage sale a lil while ago and got rid of some of her horse items. We live in albany and grew up in Jefferson.

Re: HELP... Rescued horse needs 72 yo 74" Weatherbeeta!
Thanks Tim!!! Kathy and I are hooking up tomorrow (Friday). She has a heavy Turn out coat for him. Boone sure needs it as I can see the cold weather strating to impact him.
Stephany, hello. I am sorry to hear about your loss; I had an older sister pass away recently and it is difficult to say the least.
I sure would be interested in purchasing any blankets or other horse stuff available. I would like to have a selection of blankets or at least a couple for different weather conditions.
Let me know if these are available.
Thank you all!!!
BTW... I need to buy about 50 bales of good grass hay. I like the 75 pound variety as me and Boone don't like a lot of heavy labor

Re: HELP... Rescued horse needs 72 yo 74" Weatherbeeta!
I don't work on Sunday, if you wanted to meet up and see what she had? There were bridles, halters, leads, saddle, saddle pads, saddle stand, blankets, winter and summer, sleezies, and heck, just stuff I have no clue what they were. LOL Anyways, send me a PM and I will reply with my #.
