Cutting teeth in the salt
Howdy Dogs,
I am starting to think that I should not even read this forum cause I start getting crazy ideas about going out on the big blue in my boat.
I have a 21' Alumaweld Formula Vee with a v-8 jet. I have always been paranoid about taking my boat in the ocean but am aching to get out and do some bottom fishing and salmon fishing. I don't want to venture out of site of land.
The main thing I want to know is, When going out of Newport, How far is it to the "Green Can" where you start bottom fishing? Also, is that the north end of the Seal Rock Reef?
