Ragnar, look for a possible spot on my boat Friday if it all works out. Puffins Crew will be in on that on also.

What do you think?

Hummmm...... Very interesting Grasshopper.
Infact! Now that you mention it, I am feeling a bit under the weather (wink wink) I might just have to drive down Thursady night and see if I can't cure this "carpe` diem syndrome."
Yeah, twist my arm why don't ya! I'm currently putting the final Mojo on your new gaff. Oh it's gonna be a dandy! I'll bring it along to give it a proper baptism.
Yeah man, just keep me posted so I now which day to go get ice for the slaughter. I'll probably be staying CAPT KUJO on Friday night.
Oh I'm so excited! I'm as giddy as a little school girl!
Gitcha some! Gitcha some!

I sure want to Popeye. But I have to get through the next 2 days first and see a decent forecast.

Pilar, I cannot stand to watch as you guys slauter the fish all summer long. I want to go but am reluctant to go in bad water. Will you keep us posted so when the fish are in closer some of us smaller boats can tag along and make a shorter run to watch the WWF (willy wild fish) slaughter. It must be a real site to behold.

If the opportunity ( any ) came up, I might consider getting a bad case of Workaholism next week.

I think I want to go with Popeye on that cruse liner of his. Hope he has it reved up and going as it was all tied up when I saw him in Newport a few weeks back. I am willing to pay my way to see what all the fuss is about.

Would also like to learn a little about bottom fishing but always to buse chasing the salmon to bother. I may be missing the boat.

Default Open seat this saturday for tuna?

I was wondering if an experienced crew might have an open seat for tuna this Saturday? I have no problem helping to pay for expenses.

I went out of Westport last year on a charter to the tuna grounds, so I'm not entirely new to the tuna game.

I'm usually fishing for salmon but until my new North River is done in Sept. I am boatless.

Anybody mind if I bum a ride? I won't get in the way and I'm great helping out on the boat.

Cooter,
Check out CAPT KUJO on Black Rocket thread. I believe he has two seats open on his boat. I'll be fishing with him on Saturday. Things sound very optimistic for the conditions anyway. Uh... Things can gett kinda wet on his boat. The cost is going to be about $135.00 /person for us ifishers. Contact him. He can fill you in on the rest of the details. You should go out with us Saturday. We can talk about the North Fork.
Later,
Ragnar
