Default Sturgeon and Salmon

Does anyone know if it is illegal to sturgeon fish, and add on a quikfish at the same time? I looked in the regs and didn't really get it, but I do think it might be a good idea to try if Sturgeon fishing is pretty slow.

Interesting idea, there is a proposed change to the regs to allow only one hook for Sturg. At the present time, I believe this to be legal. Better call ODFW to be sure.
I wish Oregon would allow us to buy a license for a second rod. That way I could fish Sturg and stay awake when the Salmon is slow!
