Sea Lion - Count down to CARNAGE!!

10 days and counting down till my return flight and the preperations towards Carnage Allotta II, Return of the Sea Lion.
I will need to sea trial the boat after a few minor repairs then I have plans to fish August 1 and 2 for Hal-bi-Core.
Since Drifty was not able to get a ride out on ANY of the last dates he has the First Mate seat on Sea Lion this time. Bait Boy, Threemuch, who wants ta?
John, first Tuna trek on Sea Lion brotha? Ya missed the flattie christening, what do ya say about boating a few long fins?
I am really suffering from reading the stories and seeing the pictures of these fish that are comnig in from 20 miles out. I need a fix.

You still in Ireland? These days that's just a little hop, skip, and jump away! Any fishing going on there? Afterall--Ireland is an Island!
It'll be good to have ya back.
If ya get hard up for some company, give me a call. I can usually wrangle the time and a few bucks for fuel! I kinda got hooked on only my second flyer trip, and you know me and those flatties!!
Oh yeah, and I'm down 15# to 260 and fallin'--so more room for fuel and fish.

Ray, I'd love to but you have to make room for two. My mate would want to go.

Can you do it the weekend of the 18th? We will be back in Otter rock that weekend. Actually the plan is to try for TUNA! every weekend in July, so pick one, Ray.

I would suggest somebody bottle a little of the Tuna blood and send it to Ray so that he can smear a little on his face or tuck it under his pillow while he is out of the country. Maybe it wil help?

Johnboy, I won't be back till the 19th or 20th. Then I have to fix or replace my y valve on the fuel system and repair both my seats, imagine that...
We will work it out and get you two aboard for some long fin action. I gotta get a system down. I have a set of rocket launchers in the works and they may be ready very soon. All I'll need to do is get them mounted.
I have been working nothing but overtime and there may be out riggers in Sea Lions future too if I can keep any money in my account while the wife and I are on vacation here. Waterford could get expensive quick and the exchange rate here does not favor the American dollar.
Kurt, you are on for at least one day. We will sort it all out when I get back. Keta, do you have a ride sorted out? I still appreciate the work you helped me with.
I gotta get back at it.

I'm Back!
Now to prep the boat and find some Tuna gear. It looks like someone helped their self to the hand lines and jigs that were given to me for Christmas

Plan A is to have Sea Lion ready for a Wednesday departure for a shake down run and maybe some crab and Salmon action.
So many fish, so little time...

Fuel delivery system complete and functional.
Tomorrow I will try to get the down rigger installed and start repairs on the seats.
Plan A is to sleep on the boat Wednesday and fish Thursday somewhere weather permitting.
