Default Tillamook Salmon Update 7/5

Three Limits in three hours of fishing. All coho and no chinook. The size was a average of 6 pounds a piece. Released a couple of natives and several small fry. Bottom fishing was a bust though. Salmon are out 6 to 11 pulls. Did pick up two fish early in the morning at 30 pulls. We are out in about 150 to 200 ft. of water.

Have only fished out of Newport and that was a some time ago. How far out is 150 - 200 feet and is the the norm for right now.
When it comes to tillamook and big water I'm a newbe.

I went out with Kentucky Hog Hunter on Friday for a wonderfull morning out of Garibaldi. We boated 4 hatchery silvers, released SEVERAL, and lost a lot due to short bites.

Talked to a friend that said the bite is outrages out of Windchester (couldn't keep the Coho off).
