Just got back from 7 day trip from elk flats to Troy.
We did not see another person or any rattlers.
Fishing was decent once you bushwacked your way to some holding water hooked a couple of bulls, alot of dinks and some nice 10"-15" strong fighting rainbows. Got within 40' of 10 big horn sheep saw alot of bear sign; tracks, shat, and kills. Upper trail from forks to fairview flats is in very bad shape needs to be maintained!

My uncle used to fish while elk hunting the weneha unit and has told me stories about catching hundreds of big old bull trout outa that water.
