I've had WAY better luck with real antlers. BUT, this spring I went to S.Ware. to buy some tent stakes to hold my turkey blind down. They're red plastic. While holding a bundle together, I was surprised at the volume, and quality of the sound. Before long, my teen son and I both had handfuls, and decided that they may be a very inexpensive backup. I liked the tone, and will try to use them this November..

I've had equal success with both on Whitetail. Gonna use my rattle bag this year for Blacktail.

I'm not sold on it yet.

I bought one season before last and used it since I don't have the availability of real antlers. It sounds fairly accurate but I don't know... I would say, if you have the real thing... use it.

Until I have the real thing to use though... Primos Rattle Bag it is.

Real antlers have a certain "ring" to them that plastic rattlers and bags don't have.

Real antlers get their attention, the bigger the better.
