More explanation of invertion such as what your mind and eyes see and what happens in Photoshop when you invert a image color......
When you invert an image, the brightness value of each pixel in the channels is converted to the inverse value on the 256-step color-values scale. For example, a pixel in a positive image with a value of 255 is changed to 0, and a pixel with a value of 5 to 250.
To use the Invert command: In Photoshop
- Do one of the following:
- Choose Image > Adjustments > Invert.
- (Photoshop) Choose Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Invert. Click OK in the New Layer dialog box.
Here is the example below of the screen shop of the animation where I have taken it to Photo shop and inverted its color.
Ok I took a screen shot of the above animation then took it to Photoshop and then inverted it as you can see below.
So when the crab went missing in the above picture right upper side of the animation your mind and eyes replaced the missing red crab with a blue crab that was non-existing.
PS.......There is no truth in the rumor that I can fix a broken arm in Photo shop while viewing a image of the X-ray in Photo shop...even tho I can fix the image of the broken arm.....your arm will still be broken...Chuckle
