The weather looks pretty crappy for Thursday and Friday...major winds and big seas. I came home early because of the predictions!

Yikes!

Wed
N wind 15 kt...rising to 25 kt N and 30 kt S in the afternoon. Wind waves 5 ft. NW swell 6 ft at 7 seconds. Patchy fog in the morning.
Wed Night
N wind 25 kt...except 30 kt S of Cascade Head in the evening. Wind waves 5 ft. NW swell 6 ft at 7 seconds.
Thu
N wind 25 kt...rising to 30 kt S part in the afternoon. Wind waves 5 ft. NW swell 8 ft.
Thu Night
N wind 25 kt except 30 kt S of Cascade Head in the evening. Wind waves 5 ft. NW swell 8 ft.
Fri
N wind 25 kt. Wind waves 5 ft. NW swell 7 ft. Areas of fog.

That's a long drive for those kind of predictions Paul. But you never know, sometimes it doesn't blow when the weatherman tells it too.

At least you will be able to cool off! But brind a sweatshirt or wind breaker with you and maybe some thermals.

One day last week it was suppose to blow and we were out in a 14' whaler till 9:00pm and there was hardly a breeze. But don't count on it.

Swell looks to be too big for boat or the rocks also.

Might want to bring gear for springer's, trout, summer's, or crab with you. You can rent crab gear if you would like.
