Alcohol stoves

I have cook on my boat with boat propane and alcohol wick type stoves. I am looking for a new on board stove for my boat, and have found some pressurized alcohol stoves, but I have never used one. Has anyone out there ever used pressurized alcohol compared to the wick type, and what is your feedback.

My boat had a wick type stove in the boat. Remembering how 'cool' the flame was in the old bunson burners from chemistry class... pulled the stove out and made an insert to fill the space (gained some new under sink storage). Then bought one of those single burner camp stoves that run on butane in the cans... can use it anywhere on the boat.

Just my solution.
