Default Great day at Depoe Bay

Had a great opener on Sat.started fishing at the 240'line caught a 30# king at 100'and a 27# king.
I then Knocked a 25# off with the net first time in a long time for doing that.Things slowed a bit for awhile then we started picking up a few small coho mostly nates. We moved in to about 219'and finished up the day with 4 coho and 4 nice chinooks nice to here all the IFISHERS on the radio.RR

Way to go , RR69 !!! It is nice to hear the ifishers chatting out there. Sounds like we must have been near you much of the morning ...nice job on the nooks !! Mine went around 12 lbs and was caught nearer the surface. Great fun all around.

I pulled deck-hand duty for RR69 on saturday, what a great day on the ocean! Did anyone find the coho in the top 50ft of the column? Ours were mostly 80ft plus. I've attempted to add some pics, but it's my first try so bear with me if they don't show.

Our magic number was 18 pulls. They must have all over the columns. We were 240' also.
