my elk season is not going so good.

I have been out 4 times and have not seen or heard an elk yet. Now either i am a jinkx or i just an not in the right place at the right time (jinkx).
I have gone out with elk guide and raully and both times i have not seen anything. The jokester must have put the hex on me. we went to white river this last weekend to a spot my friend had given me to hunt. we saw elk sign from a week ago. but not even a deer. i think this heat and the moon has something to do with it what do you all think

Its the moon phase. Try finding them just before dark. There is not much going on in the mornings from what i can tell.

i hunted over east this weekend and only saw one elk in the morning and i jumped him out of his bed. We saw all our deer and elk in the evenings
