Don't know where they are, but they're not here yet, that's for sure [img]graemlins/eek13.gif[/img] It should start to pick up anytime though!

Drove down to the Sandy this morning, and actually saw someone dipping for smelt, though he wasn't getting anything?

No, not really. I never tried because I was working the Portland Sportsmans show when it was hot and when I got done, it was not.

I'll post a little report this afternoon when I have time about the telephone conversation with a biologist I had yesterday regarding the smelt run, past runs and what is expected yet this year.
