Re: Fish Camp II- location info
Folks will start arriving Wednesday afternoon - at least we'll have the trailer over there by early evening. We'll be there until Sunday when we have to pull up stakes and run back to the real world.
Last time we ate like kings and queens, with halibut cheeks, lingcod filets, oysters, clam chowder, smoked clams, and buffalo steaks, then swilled it all down with a little barley-pop. Pretty laid back and low key.
Come join us.

Fish Camp II- location info
For those who have signed up or want to just stop by, the address is 315 First Street in Otter Rock (approx 6 miles North of Newport on 101).
Turn towards Devils Punch Bowl on First Street. Fire Station & Post Office at intersection. On right approx 1/2 block; across from Ellie Street.
Parking will be tight, so pls park on street, and pls don't block drives.
See you there!

Re: Fish Camp II- location info
So is Fishcamp officially opened up now? I just got home from work a while ago, may head down there to say hi and meet a few folks that're there already.

SJ, it's open right now. I just got off the phone with Pilar and he was about to head over there himself. Head over and meet some of the Dogs!

Re: Fish Camp II- location info
LOL - I just went over. Not a soul around. Saw a big Duckworth boat in the yard, and camper, but nobody around. Will head back over in a few.
Anyone got an empty hole on a boat for tomorrow? I can make a trip tomorrow, but not friday as it turns out. Have an important meeting at work I gotta be at friday, but tomorrow if I can find a slot, I can make it.
Have both halibut and tuna gear available.
