Default Saturday Report From Julie Rose III

Well.....a last minute decision to run over to the boat Sat morning netted Julie her first Chinook

Caught it just inside the south end of the rockpile in about 260 @ 80'. Saw more topwater baitballs than I've ever seen in one day They appeared to be 'chovies  We also had a few LDR's and one lost at the boat But all in all, a beatiful day on big blue....lacking sunshine though.
Soooo.....next Sat is the TUUNNNAAA Hunt...even if I have to go "Bout a hunnerd miles"

Nice!! Looks like you made the right decision to head west. All you missed here was heat...
I see her in jeans and a sweatshirt and I was in P-town sweating to death in shorts and tee-shirt. Hmmm...

Thanks for the update and the pic. Nice to know that someone is catching fish, and very encouraging to hear that there is plenty of "bait" around. Congrats

Wish the wife and I could have been out there with you. That's a pretty Cool Tuna box on the left side of the photo, I was impressed to say the least. Good to meet the crew of the Julie Rose. The wife and I did manage four dozen Herring before we left.

Looks like she's working pretty hard to hold it up. Is she still walking around with a grin?

Way to go, Julie!

Popeye and Julie,

thanks for the hospitality Saturday -- good to see everybody gearing up for another awesome summer.

We zipped out to the Pile Sunday and "lucky" Lynn boated two more chinook -- I think she will be on board for a few more trips.

Looks like a big southwesterly in the forecast for later in the week. I'll chat with you later.

Hey Popeye- you need to park a little farther from the shore power recepticle so you can use up a little of that cord!
Mines always a foot short- maybe we can make a deal!
