hey fishplay.. Just so you know.. if you take anymoney at all for the fishing trip and something happens your insurance won't cover anyone getting hurt. So ya might wanna be a little careful of how you work the "fund". Unless of course you are a licensed guide.. that is a different story..
Just a heads up.

Actually I talked with my insurance about this whole thing (had a situation arise where insurance had to be involved). And the best advice is settle at the end of the day. They said doesnt' matter if it is donations or if you are just getting paid for taking them fishing. Someone gives you money then they won't cover.. It could be that I just talked to an insurance guy that was just real proud of himself...
Just collect at the end of the day. after nothing has happened.. and just wanted to make you aware of it. Luckly in my situation no money was exchanged so insurance covered it.

End of day has always been my policy. If someone tosses $800.00 worth of electric reel and pole overboard I want them to consider that when they make their donation!
