Meat storage?

Anyone got any names? Planning on needing to hang some meat next week.

Call Food City in Enterprise. They used to have public lockers and would let me hold over some "white bags" short term. But then I knew them and USDA regs were differant back then.
At least, they might have some other names to call.

You might also call the Market up in Joseph and ask as well. They may actually bring in a cold truck for just this purpose.
Some thoughts anyway.

Dave, owner of the The Imnaha Store/Tavern has several upright frigs at his house/shop for the bear & rattle snake feed. If you called him ahead of time and worked something out, he probably would take a few $$ if he has the space. Call ahead though and make it worth his effort. Have a beer & burger and support his family establishment. They really appreciate our seasonal business.

Call Kevin at Wallowa County meats in Wallowa. I can dig the phone number up if you need it. They really cater to hunters and run a REALLY clean operation.

He does stellar work - local ranchers go to him and not anyone else.
