For whatever it's worth, I have 15 Plastic Totes
in Woodinville Wa. They have a plastic bladder mounted on either steel or wood pallets.

Warning; they do need to be scrubbed out before you use, also they need the tops cut off the plastic bladders.

These totes were used to carry construction chemicals. ALSO lots of woven plastic 3000lb empty tote bags w/lifting straps used to transport cement products. They needd to be washed to get all the cement particles free from the bags.
