How well do you know your boat tec.???

Without going into all the details,i think i know my boat tec. too well.
I live in a large desert and quality boat work is few and far between.
Each time i have something to be done on my boat, Im very nervous.
About two years ago after buying the wrong boat(17ft. Alumaweld, stryker) i noticed that my boat tec. smells like beer after lunch.This is the only place to take a boat in Pocatello and i thought i could over ride the situation and just bring my boat in early (before the beer).
Well i thought i had it licked, things were done well last time.
I did get to see my boat tec. in a different situation (morning vs afternoon).
The thing i noticed most was that he smelled more like beer in the A.M.,, than the P.M.. I dont think he was drinking that early,,,it was left over from after work. id. p.
