Default Bottomfish spots out of Winchester...

What are some decent bottomfishing spots out of Winchester Bay? I've tried the lower edge of the Knolls, and the 300 ft. mark just uphill but had only limited luck. Anyone have a favorite drift they're willing to share?

You fished the three mile reef. Real small and fast drift. Most of the boats go out to the the ten mile reef on the same course SW from the jetty. There is also the Siuslaw High Spot that is on the charts to the north about fifteen miles NW. Beyond that there is the Heceta Banks thirty miles NW.

Most of the guys in the harbor know where the rockfish spots are and the waypoints are well known. But rockfishing is not like Charleston or Newport where you can drift for hours. The spots off WB are tiny and are immediately surrounded by sand. When you stop catching, you're off the spot.
