While you all were chasing after the chicken of the sea I spent the weekend in the valley.

My plans of working on the new boat were squashed so I decided to take my Niece fishing.

They relocated the famous Willamina Pond and Hudleston Park to the opposite end of town. The old Champion Plywood pond is the new location and it is a very nice facillity.

I enjoyed myself very much. Probably just as much as Heather. Seeing the excitement of my young Niece catching trout was refreshing.

With the fishing we do there is so much prep and clean up involved that there is no relaxation.

For a change of pace......take a young kid trout fishing.

Awesome! I'll be there very soon. Just waiting for Wyatt to make his debut very soon, wish he was here and old enough already. I'm sure the time will pass way to quick though.

Well Heather did so well at trout last weekend were going to graduate to shad this weekend.

What you bet me it makes her eye's bigger and rounder than the trout did. :shocked:
