Don't bother wasting your time right now as they are not there.
They apparently are not in the Columbia either but there is a lot of optomism of them showing up yet.

do a search for handicapped access for smelt
under the community. Quite a few good place came up on that topic. Good luck they will be here thick soon. 4 or 5 dipp limits
