Heads up! Hyw. 47 closed just out of Clatskanie.
They have started a culvert replacement project about a mile out of Clatskanie so 47 is closed. It appears that the Palm Hill road will remain open, but I don't know that for sure. The closure notice says it will closed for a while (a week or so).
