UK lottery and Other Spam Scams

Okay, we all get them some how they get our email address I am not really sure how but imagine from buying online or by their computer prowness.....anyway there must be a computer guru on this web site that can come up with a plan to spam them back.....lets take back the internet. All right sounds a little radical but I am constantly having to block senders and delete about two or three a day. I have Mcafee and all the bells and whistles I think anyway. Any suggestions from you experts. And maybe some one else out there has the same thing going on. I also never open them as this I know must link to others.
