Front Anchor system (drift boat) ???

I know most people have it set up with a arm and cleat but I wanted to make mine operational from the rowers seat, pulleys any all that good stuff. Would anyone like to share any photos of their front anchor system. I'm hoping for some advice and maybe some pics. Just trying to get some ideas here.
