Recent Suttle Reports?

Anyone been to Suttle lately?

Having been humbled there the past couple of visits I have avoided Suttle like the plague for the past month, but we made reservations months ago for this weekend so there we will be. Working hard on those positive vibes

I was about to put up the same post. We're camped in spot 20 with the 20' alumaweld, but the boat won't be in until Friday Night. I moslty gave up on the kokes but have picked up a brown here and there on a rapala...About one brown for every 1.5 hours with 2 or 3 rods out...nice place to camp with the kids. If someone has the kokes dialed there we would sure appriciate the low down. Speed, depth, ect..The old wedding ring and white corn just haven't been the ticket at least for me lately. Oh-ya, the browns are best real early.

Hey, I was about to post the same thing too! It should be perking up, but I haven't fished it for a couple of weeks. I will let you know if I hear anything, but we did well in August last year, so I have high hopes for you. I'd try two things -- hoochies in chartruse, orange, and pink, and you might try a 12 to 14" trailer of double bare hooks baited with corn behind your wedding ring (single hook wedding ring -- you are limited to 3 hooks total). I tried that last week at Odell and it worked better than a wedding ring by itself. Let me know how you do with it.

How funny, I just retied my last single hook WR to doulble hooks last night.

Oh well, that's why I carry more line and hooks and beads in the old box. Thanks for the ideas.

my oh my! such a dilema????
going to float the boat tomarrow but can't decide.
GP or Suttle....Suttle or GP......one's high ones low...hour and a half....hour and forty five....fish in suttle can't hide...GP fish bigger.....45 miles....90 miles....my oh my whats me to do????....................

you didn't get drug in .....you opened the door with your positive vibes thing..... We all is just tryin to be good ifisher buddies and re-inforce the vibrations you is sending out.........in fact I was going to go to GP today but just to show you how much concern I have for your mental condition I am making the drive to Suttle in the dark tomorrow morning.......not sure if Nori will be up to gettin up that early but I will be there at daylight with jigs on ready to enjoy the day.........and if I don't get a bite then I will feel so much betterknowing I was there for you..........uuuuugggghhhh!
