Well got I wet for the first time since loads of changes were made and she got two thumbs up. The fuel consumption was higher than I hoped for. At 2700 rpm and 28 knots I was able to squeegee 8.5 gallons per hour out of her. At 3200 rpm and 36 knots I showed 10.5 gph. Idle was 0.6 gph. I installed the nav-man ff41. I thought the flow would read more constant however it bounced around .3 to .4
At higher speeds it seem to steady out or at idle. But in the working range to it fluctuated. Is this normal?

You got Fuel Injection? Don't know about those, but on a carb engine, the fuel flow (out of the pump and into the carb) actually jumps around as the float opens and closes the flow into the bowl. This is normal. You should see it at idle as well. Average use and the totalizer are really what you want anyway.
