Thanks. I've never fished for them but they look like little tasty morsels. Maybe this will be the year I'll finally give it a try.

Where is a good place to go for them, and what's a good bait?

Sand shrimp and the best place I found is in the tidewater and the mouth of the rivers. The one that my friend caught was in the bay. The Trask and Wilson the Tillamook bay.

We got a few flounders, but they were small ones. We toss them back. How big do they have to be to eat them?
Hey Corrirod, going out to the pile for halibut or are you going to go to the ranch this year? Maybe we will see you out there again.
We went out a few weeks ago and the seas was flat. It was warm with no wind, what a great day. We got some bottom fish and lings. I think we are going over this weekend.
We can't wait for halibut...
