If I have a oregon tag for halibut, but go out of a washington port am I legal or do I need a washington tag too

hey rfa.. i'll answer for him..

They are set up with a sling set up and set up if you have hooks already installed on your boats...

With the slings you don't have to deal so much with all the commercial guys givin ya crap. and you don't have to wait in line because no one uses the sport boat slings... just get set up and say HEY COME SWING ME.. and your off..
