Default Non-Critical Eye Relief ?

I understand what eye relief is on a scope, but I keep seeing the term "Non-Critical Eye Relief". Is this something different than the standard term, meaning to me the distance from the scope where you get full view and no black in your scope picture ?

I think it means your eye doesn't have to be perfectly centered in order to get the full field of view.

It means even if you arent perfectly centered you get a full sight picture, not just black. You also have a lot of leeway forward and back.

It means leupold
