Just wondering if anybody has any updates on my fellow Californicator Alex who is fishing with his Dad out of Newport..they towed up from the Bay Area last week and were staying in the RV park at the Newport Harbor...just wondering if anybody saw them at the dock or at the Ranch and any idea on how they are doing...couldn't make the tow this year so I'm getting my Oregon "fishing fix" thru them...the hell with fuel prices we WILL be back up next year..

Mark, I spoke with them & exchanged a few emails early on in the trip, about 12 - 14 days ago. I thought it was a one week trip. Have not heard hide nor hair for quite a while.

Thanks for that Mark ...yep when I went over to their house to drop off some BFB gear they said you'd given them the safety update and they really appreciated it...guess I'll just have to wait until Alex posts on COASTSIDE... a real die hard fisherman for 13 years old...even had his hair cut off as a fundraiser for our MLPA fight...

If I'm not mistaken a 20 ft Grady...pulled by an RV...Alex is always trying to talk his dad into moving up to a Davis Boat...hence the screen name..
